Job Summary

A company is looking for a Certified Pharmacy Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to prescription refill requests through various communication channels
• Verify the validity and accuracy of prescription refill requests and prepare them for dispensing
• Compile and analyze data related to prescription refill processing and support clinical staff with administrative tasks

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED
• 1 - 3 years experience in a retail pharmacy
• Extensive knowledge of Medicare Part D, including pharmacy record review and claims processing
• Working knowledge of HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules
• Preferred: Bilingual and National Certification
