Job Summary

A company is looking for a Certified Pharmacy Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to prescription refill requests through various communication channels
• Verify the validity and accuracy of prescription refill requests and prepare refills accordingly
• Compile and analyze data to track key performance indicators related to prescription refill processing

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED
• 1 - 3 years experience in a retail pharmacy
• Extensive knowledge of Medicare Part D, including pharmacy record review and claims
• Working knowledge of HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules
• Working knowledge of Medicare Part B and Part D coverage guidelines
