Job Summary

A company is looking for a Certified Pharmacy Technician.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and respond to prescription refill requests through various communication channels
Verify the validity and accuracy of prescription refill requests and prepare them for dispensing
Compile and analyze data related to prescription refill processing and provide administrative support to clinical staff

Required Qualifications

Minimum of High School Diploma or GED
1 - 3 years experience in a retail pharmacy
Extensive knowledge of Medicare Part D rules and regulations
Working knowledge of HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules
Preferred: Bilingual and National Certification
