Key Responsibilities

• Review and proofread legal transcripts for accuracy, grammar, punctuation, and formatting
• Verify transcript content against audio to ensure a verbatim and error-free record
• Prepare final transcripts by adding digital signatures and submitting for production

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Current Texas Certified Shorthand Reporter (CSR) license
• Minimum touch-typing speed of 70 wpm with high accuracy
• Proficiency with CAT software editing tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Relevant certifications in the field
