Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for HHH Billing and Revenue Recovery clients, ensuring proactive communication and conducting regular meetings
  • Facilitate onboarding of new clients and manage client satisfaction surveys
  • Generate and analyze reports, monitor claim activity, and support special projects as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management
  • Home Health or Hospice billing experience preferred but not required
  • Strong foundational accounting skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word
