Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Success Manager - CAC.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for State-Based Exchange clients, managing relationships and leading operational reviews
- Provide leadership in eligibility and enrollment operations, ensuring compliance with state policies and reducing errors
- Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives, overseeing telephony and contact center technology to improve service delivery
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Public Policy, Public Health, Business, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of experience supporting a State-Based Exchange or Medicaid agency, with expertise in eligibility and enrollment
- Proven experience in client management and stakeholder engagement within multi-agency environments
- Strong project management skills with hands-on experience in contact center operations and technology
- Experience implementing AI/automation solutions in contact center or eligibility operations
