Job Summary
To build and grow the community of Texas Sports Academy parents and student-athletes, the remote Community Engagement Manager will manage communications, plan and host events, and engage with members while ensuring a positive member experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Texas Sports Academy family community, overseeing communications and member engagement
- Plan and facilitate online and in-person events, coordinating with speakers and managing logistics
- Engage with community members daily, responding to inquiries and maintaining a consistent presence across various platforms
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in community management for schools, athletic programs, or similar organizations
- Proven ability to plan and execute events from concept to completion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with parents and student-athletes
- Background in athletics, with personal experience as an athlete or coach
- Texas residency, preferably in the Austin area
