Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive brand awareness and community education within an assigned territory
  • Achieve referral and recruiting objectives
  • Establish and maintain relationships with managed care accounts and referral sources
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or additional related work experience required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • One or more years' experience as a Community Liaison or Account Manager preferred
  • Home Care and Home Health background preferred
