Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contingent HR Assistant (Fully Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

Provide as-needed support for core HR functions including onboarding, offboarding, and employee inquiries
Assist with data entry and HRIS updates in UltiPro UKG
Support special projects or coverage for vacations and peak workload

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in Human Resources
Available on a short/limited notice basis
Working knowledge of basic HR practices and employment laws
Experience using HR systems
Must reside in TX, IN, NC, NV, TN, PA, or FL
