Job Summary

To support financial reporting and compliance initiatives, the full-time salaried Texas CPA Financial Reporting Manager will prepare quarterly and annual financial statements, manage debt compliance reporting, and collaborate with various departments while working onsite in Richardson, TX, with remote candidates also considered.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements, ensuring alignment with industry practices
• Distribute monthly financial results and reporting packages for stakeholders
• Support accounting for mergers and acquisitions, including pre- and post-closing activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting or related field
• Active CPA license
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant accounting and finance experience
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and ability to research complex accounting guidance
• High level of initiative, ownership, and professional judgment
