Job Summary

To support a growing medical provider network, the full-time remote Texas Credentialing Specialist will manage contracts and maintain credentialing processes, ensuring compliance with state regulations and guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Review and screen credentialing applications for accuracy and compliance, following up as necessary
• Conduct primary source verification and maintain provider contract files to ensure timely renewals
• Communicate with providers and staff to address credentialing issues and implement process improvements

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Knowledge of medical provider credentialing and accreditation principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to manage confidential information and make administrative decisions
• Experience with database management and data entry
