Job Summary
A company is looking for a Designated Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide primary support contact for assigned customers, maintaining regular communication and collaboration to resolve issues
- Ensure the success of deployed solutions by managing issues through a case management system and providing proactive updates
- Deliver weekly status reports and formal quarterly reviews to stakeholders outlining deployment status and strategic planning
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field and 3 years as a senior or escalation engineer, or 6 years of equivalent experience
- Demonstrated proficiency as an escalation or lead engineer
- Hands-on experience with Linux, Windows, and Unix operating systems
- Proven troubleshooting skills with TCP/IP, HTTP(S), and SSL
- Experience with public cloud deployments such as AWS and Azure
