Job Summary
Promoting energy efficiency concepts and services, the full-time Texas Energy Efficiency Account Manager will identify cost-effective investments and support large and small commercial partners, school districts, and local governments through project management and outreach, working remotely in Texas.
Key responsibilities
- Manage partner projects by providing support through construction and incentive payments while making energy-saving recommendations
- Recruit and train partners and contractors to achieve energy-saving goals and enhance program participation
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize energy efficiency and address program issues effectively
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- 3-5 years of experience in a professional role, ideally in outside sales or consulting
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and sell a value proposition effectively
- Experience working within bureaucratic entities
- Ability to meet DOT qualification requirements, if applicable
