Job Summary

A company is looking for an EVV Agent to provide customer service support in a remote role based in Texas.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Able to resolve complex or non-routine situations analytically
• Proficient in using email for communication
• Bilingual skills in Spanish are strongly preferred
