Job Summary

To support a growing public sector practice, the full-time Texas Executive SLED Sales Leader will manage a $3-5M annual portfolio, cultivate executive client relationships, and ensure operational excellence across consulting engagements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and command a thriving portfolio by solving complex challenges and managing the full lifecycle from opportunity creation to contract negotiation
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to public sector executives, fostering deep, multi-year relationships based on integrity and understanding of their landscape
  • Provide executive oversight across consulting engagements, ensuring quality execution, client satisfaction, and mentorship of cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
  • Demonstrated success in SLED markets, specifically state and local government and/or education
  • An existing, active professional network in Texas, including clients and industry influencers
  • A track record of leading complex pursuits from qualification to contract execution
  • Proven ability to oversee project teams and ensure client success in complex environments
  • Strong executive presence and ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders
