Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal, the full-time remote position will manage case strategies, prepare legal documents, and assist clients in navigating divorce and custody disputes with empathy and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare discovery, draft pleadings and motions, and assist with mediation preparation
• File documents with the court and prepare trial exhibits
• Facilitate creative dispute resolution outside the courtroom while maintaining client confidence

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of family law litigation experience
• Proficiency in Clio or similar case management software
• Empathetic and client-focused approach
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
