Job Summary
To support a growing family law practice, the full-time Texas Family Law Paralegal will manage case strategies, prepare legal documents, and assist in dispute resolution while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Shape and support case strategies by preparing discovery, drafting pleadings, motions, and mediation prep
- File documents with the court and prepare trial exhibits
- Assist families in resolving disputes creatively, outside the courtroom
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of family law litigation experience
- Practical, empathetic, and client-focused approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
