Job Summary
To support franchise growth and operational success, the remote Texas Franchise Business Consultant will develop relationships with franchisees, conduct business reviews, and analyze performance to drive profitability and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Develop beneficial business relationships and foster teamwork among franchisees to achieve targets and goals
- Conduct annual business reviews to establish growth and profitability goals, assisting with exit strategies as needed
- Analyze franchisee performance to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend operational enhancements
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in retail business planning and franchise growth with a strong understanding of operational execution
- Outstanding track record of creating beneficial business partnerships and collaborating to achieve goals
- Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills to evaluate business performance and prioritize actions for growth
- Clear understanding of financial drivers, market conditions, and competitive landscape in franchise operations
- Preferred: Five+ years of experience in managing retail tire and automotive service businesses; bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus
