Job Summary

To support franchise growth and operational success, the remote Texas Franchise Business Consultant will develop relationships with franchisees, conduct annual business reviews, and analyze performance to recommend improvements, ideally located in the San Antonio area.

Key responsibilities

• Develop beneficial business relationships and foster teamwork among franchisees to achieve targets and goals
• Conduct annual business reviews to establish and assist in implementing growth and profitability goals
• Analyze franchisee performance to identify opportunities for sales and profitability improvements and recommend actionable strategies

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in retail business planning and franchise growth with a strong understanding of operational execution
• Track record of creating beneficial business partnerships and collaborating to achieve goals
• Ability to think strategically and analyze business performance to develop growth actions
• Clear understanding of financial drivers, market conditions, and competitive landscape in franchise operations
• Five or more years of experience in managing retail tire and automotive service businesses is preferred
