Job Summary

A company is looking for a Government Relations Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the organization at community events and meetings to build relationships with local leaders and stakeholders
  • Coordinate informational sessions and educational programs to enhance community awareness of autonomous trucking
  • Conduct policy research and support legislative tracking activities to aid in strategic engagement efforts
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Public Affairs, Political Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5-7+ years of experience in legislative affairs, government relations, community engagement, or public affairs
  • Experience working with elected officials and state/local government agencies preferred
  • Community-minded with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to outreach
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities
