Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Plan Benefit Director who will drive the design, development, and operationalization of health plan products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development and benefit design for Individual and Family Plans and employer-sponsored health plans
• Own plan design decisions to ensure competitive and compliant benefit structures
• Serve as the primary liaison across internal teams and coordinate with external vendors to execute product strategies

Required Qualifications

• Experience in health plan product development or benefit design within an Individual and Family Plan or managed care environment
• Strong understanding of health insurance plan structures and regulatory frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and align diverse stakeholders
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment with evolving priorities
