Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to provide HR consultation and support to operating companies in Texas.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and practices in collaboration with leadership teams
• Provide consultative HR services in areas such as payroll, benefits, and employee relations
• Analyze reports to support decision-making and enhance organizational effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in HR Generalist, HRBP, or related roles
• Knowledge of HR programs, state and federal employment laws
• Experience in building company culture and increasing employee engagement
• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or related field
• Familiarity with HCM systems; Workday experience preferred
