Job Summary
To support a growing network of clinics in Texas, the full-time Texas HR Business Partner will manage complex employee relations issues, provide coaching to clinic managers, and drive culture-building initiatives while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary employee relations resource, managing investigations and synthesizing complex situations into actionable recommendations
- Act as a trusted advisor to clinic managers, coaching them through performance management and employee development processes
- Proactively implement initiatives that enhance employee experience and minimize relations issues across assigned clinic locations
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience with significant focus on employee relations
- Proven experience conducting workplace investigations and managing complex ER cases independently
- Strong working knowledge of Texas employment law and federal regulations (ADA, FMLA, FLSA, Title VII)
- Experience coaching and advising managers on HR and ER matters
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with excellent judgment in fast-paced environments
