Texas HR Functional Analyst

Job Summary

To support an enterprise HR/Payroll Planning system built on Oracle PeopleSoft, the remote Texas HR Functional Analyst will manage complex agency issues, perform ERP configuration changes, and oversee system integrations while ensuring data integrity and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the senior functional expert and first-line escalation point for complex HR and payroll issues
• Diagnose and resolve advanced system issues, including configuration errors and integration problems
• Lead functional design activities and oversee fiscal year-end and calendar year-end processes

Required qualifications

• Deep hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 across core modules
• Strong functional configuration skills, including table setup and business process design
• Technical proficiency in Application Designer, SQL, and REST/SOAP integrations
• Experience supporting enterprise ERP environments at scale
• Texas public sector or state government experience strongly preferred
