Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with managers and employees
  • Facilitate roundtable discussions, exit interviews, and support employee relations matters
  • Coordinate new hire check-ins and support onboarding and engagement
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • 2+ years in an HR Generalist or similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience across core HR areas, including employee relations and performance management
  • Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws
