Job Summary
A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with managers and employees
- Facilitate roundtable discussions, exit interviews, and support employee relations matters
- Coordinate new hire check-ins and support onboarding and engagement
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in Human Resources
- 2+ years in an HR Generalist or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience across core HR areas, including employee relations and performance management
- Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws
