Job Summary
Texas HR Generalist, provides comprehensive HR services to the Caribbean Division and Texas Business Unit, supporting recruitment, onboarding, performance processes, and compliance in a full-time capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with People Team stakeholders to enhance HR service delivery and support initiatives
- Serve as the primary contact for HR inquiries and oversee HR administrative practices
- Partner with hiring managers to shape job descriptions and lead full-cycle recruiting for seasonal and temporary positions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 3 years of HR-related work experience or equivalent combination
- Experience in database management and spreadsheet software
- Experience responding to HR-related questions from employees and managers
- Familiarity with MS Office software, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in EST or CST time zones and travel occasionally
