Job Summary
To support a growing People Team, the full-time Texas HR Generalist Contractor will provide comprehensive HR support including policy administration, employee relations, and compliance management in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage compliance tracking and documentation for mandatory training using HRIS platforms
- Provide routine HR program support across various functions including compensation, benefits, and performance management
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and analyze survey data to inform HR strategies
Required qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist/Specialist with increasing responsibility
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and regulatory compliance, including EEOC, ADA, and FMLA
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred
- Experience in a large contact center is highly preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with AI tools for workflow improvement
