Job Summary
Supporting a dynamic immigration practice, the full-time Texas Immigration Client Specialist will collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure quality assurance, manage caseloads, and lead training initiatives while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate quality assurance for immigration programs by collaborating with attorneys and case managers
- Review caseload reports to ensure performance metrics are met and assist with case prioritization
- Lead training initiatives and serve as a knowledge resource for junior team members
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience as a paralegal or in-house immigration specialist in a high-volume environment
- Strong knowledge of nonimmigrant, immigrant, and PERM processes
- Proven training and mentoring skills
- Strong project management skills and proficiency in MS Suite, with knowledge of PowerBI and INSZoom being a plus
