Job Summary

Supporting a dynamic immigration practice, the full-time Texas Immigration Client Specialist will collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure quality assurance, manage caseloads, and lead training initiatives while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate quality assurance for immigration programs by collaborating with attorneys and case managers
  • Review caseload reports to ensure performance metrics are met and assist with case prioritization
  • Lead training initiatives and serve as a knowledge resource for junior team members
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of experience as a paralegal or in-house immigration specialist in a high-volume environment
  • Strong knowledge of nonimmigrant, immigrant, and PERM processes
  • Proven training and mentoring skills
  • Strong project management skills and proficiency in MS Suite, with knowledge of PowerBI and INSZoom being a plus
