- Utilize Salesforce and Gainsight to manage customer pipelines and monitor engagements
- Conduct meetings to provide training and support, ensuring a seamless implementation of digital products
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1-2 years of experience in customer success or a similar role related to software implementation
- Experience using Salesforce and Gainsight is preferred
- Instructional design, teaching, or coaching experience is a plus
- Proven ability to excel in a remote work environment
