Job Summary
Managing the complete sales process for small accounts, the full-time remote Texas Inside Sales Representative will build trust-based relationships with district stakeholders, execute strategic territory plans, and drive the adoption of high-quality instructional materials and services.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan focused on new sales, renewals, and services to meet sales targets
- Manage inbound and outbound leads, guiding prospects through virtual discovery meetings to uncover new sales opportunities
- Build strong, influential relationships with key stakeholders through consistent virtual engagement and collaboration with cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience in the education sector or 3+ years of classroom teaching experience with a proven ability to influence decisions
- Experience as an educator or educational sales professional within Texas
- Knowledge of curriculum and pedagogy with the ability to communicate the value of educational solutions remotely
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
- Bachelor's degree
