Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Senior Product Consultant to drive profitable growth through new products, pricing, and underwriting in the Texas market.

Key Responsibilities

• Customize actions for the Texas market to implement new products, pricing, and underwriting
• Analyze market dynamics and collaborate with functional partners to drive growth
• Maintain loss ratio discipline while achieving growth objectives and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Actuarial, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in product management or related roles within the insurance industry, with at least 2+ years in Texas homeowners insurance
• Experience across multiple customer segments: Preferred, Standard, Non-standard
• Deep understanding of personal lines insurance and reinsurance trends and regulations
• Team management experience with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams
