Texas Intake Specialist
Job Summary
To support a compassionate law firm, the remote Texas Intake Specialist will manage client interactions by guiding potential clients through the screening process for Social Security Disability (SSD) and Social Security Income (SSI) assistance, while handling 150-200 calls daily and maintaining high-quality service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Build initial client relationships and guide potential clients through eligibility screening for SSD/SSI
- Handle 150-200 inbound and outbound calls daily, signing up an average of 4 new cases per day
- Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and ensure adherence to performance standards
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma; degree preferred or equivalent combination of experience
- Previous call center and customer service experience
- Strong people skills with excellent telephone and communication abilities
- Proficiency in computer technology, including MS Office and the ability to learn new programs
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
