Texas IT Project Manager

Job Summary

To oversee and manage IT projects from inception to completion, the remote Texas IT Project Manager II will develop project plans, lead project teams, and engage with stakeholders while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans and lead project execution to ensure adherence to timelines and objectives
• Manage and motivate project teams while fostering a collaborative environment
• Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT project management or a related role
• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello, and GitHub
• Strong project leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development, and system integration
