Job Summary

A company is looking for a Law Clerk to join their Texas staff counsel team on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analyze legal issues related to cases
• Prepare briefs, legal memoranda, and assist in drafting pleadings and motions
• Support attorneys in trial preparation and attend court sessions to document case information

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Second or third-year law student with an interest in civil litigation, personal injury, or insurance defense
• Ability to work approximately 20 hours per week, with potential for full-time in summer
• Remote work capability
