Job Summary

Leading the Texas Trainee Development Program, the full-time Operations & Learning Specialist will manage onboarding, training execution, and trainee development through structured coaching and curriculum design in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversees the end-to-end learning track for the Texas Trainee Program, including onboarding and continuous improvement
  • Designs and maintains sales-focused curriculum and learning materials using adult learning principles
  • Facilitates instructor-led and virtual training sessions while monitoring trainee progress and readiness milestones
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience with Core & Main, preferably in a sales-focused or supporting role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and collaboration platforms
  • Ability to analyze performance data to identify gaps and implement improvements
  • Experience in a learning and development, sales enablement, or related training role
  • Demonstrated experience in facilitating training and coaching with measurable outcomes
