Job Summary

To support a growing national family law firm, the full-time remote Legal Talent Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for legal and corporate talent, ensuring a positive candidate experience while collaborating with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition department.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and publish job postings
  • Source and recruit legal and corporate talent in alignment with departmental strategies
  • Conduct interviews, evaluate candidate qualifications, and facilitate the hiring process
Required qualifications
  • A minimum of two years of direct legal recruiting experience is required
  • Proficiency in HRIS and ATS systems, including familiarity with Salesforce
  • Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing for hard-to-fill roles
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Zoom
  • A college degree is preferred
