Texas Licensed ACA Insurance Agent

Job Summary

To support a growing ACA Health Insurance team, the full-time Texas Licensed ACA Insurance Agent will educate consumers on Affordable Care Act Marketplace options, assess their coverage needs, and guide them through the application and enrollment process in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Educate consumers on ACA Marketplace health insurance options and assess individual coverage needs
• Guide consumers through the ACA Marketplace application and enrollment process
• Maintain accurate customer information and meet established sales and compliance expectations

Required qualifications

• Active Health or Health/Life Insurance License in good standing
• Active National Producer Number (NPN)
• Newly licensed insurance agents are encouraged to apply; prior ACA sales experience is not required
• Ability to complete and maintain all required ACA Marketplace registration and training
• Strong computer navigation skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
