Job Summary
Seeking a Texas Licensed Account Director, the full-time remote position will manage key client relationships, drive strategic growth initiatives, and identify new business opportunities within the IT sector.
Key responsibilities
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients and present the company to potential clients through meetings
- Create Account Plans and regularly report on revenue and headcount growth results to senior management
- Conduct market research to identify upselling opportunities and prepare presentations on appropriate services
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in sales executive, client partner, or engagement manager roles in the IT/Tech industry
- Proven experience in customer relationship management with a focus on closing deals
- Previous experience as a Software Engineer or related IT degree is a significant advantage
- Must be based in Texas, preferably in the Houston area
- Industry focus on Oil and Gas (Energy) or SaaS is highly desirable
