Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Executive - 401K.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide sales support and customer service for assigned clients, managing employer-sponsored retirement plans
  • Coordinate with vendors and Third Party Administrators for data collection and analysis, and prepare investment reviews
  • Assist in plan implementation, conduct participant enrollment meetings, and manage complex plans with significant assets
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Five or more years of related work experience
  • Understanding of retirement plan types, operations, and ERISA guidelines
  • Experience with mid to large clients (250+ employees)
  • Valid Series 65 license (or must be obtained within 90 days of employment); securities license preferred
