Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Executive - 401K.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide sales support and customer service for assigned clients, managing employer-sponsored retirement plans
- Coordinate with vendors and Third Party Administrators for data collection and analysis, and prepare investment reviews
- Assist in plan implementation, conduct participant enrollment meetings, and manage complex plans with significant assets
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Five or more years of related work experience
- Understanding of retirement plan types, operations, and ERISA guidelines
- Experience with mid to large clients (250+ employees)
- Valid Series 65 license (or must be obtained within 90 days of employment); securities license preferred
