Job Summary
To support a growing sales team, the full-time Texas Licensed Account Executive will prospect new business opportunities, manage major corporate accounts, and collaborate cross-functionally to exceed revenue targets while working remotely within the Texas territory.
Key responsibilities:
- Prospect new customers and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve 3-4 times coverage of sales targets
- Lead the sales process for major accounts, from initial contact through account planning to deal closing and renewal
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs and maintain accurate records in Salesforce
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of direct field sales experience, preferably in the corporate sector
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, specifically selling complex enterprise software
- Experience engaging C-suite executives using solution selling techniques
- Strong ability to manage full-cycle sales processes and develop effective account plans
- Deep understanding of AI applications and a self-starter mentality with a growth mindset
