Job Summary

Managing the full account lifecycle, the full-time Texas Licensed Account Executive will lead the execution and servicing of assigned accounts, ensuring successful placement, retention, and growth while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts from submission through binding, coordinating all required documentation and communications
  • Partner with brokers and underwriters to solicit, quote, and maintain new and renewal business
  • Negotiate coverage terms with carriers, including pricing, deductibles, enhancements, and exclusions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Progressive experience in wholesale insurance, brokerage, or underwriting support roles (typically 3+ years)
  • Demonstrated experience managing accounts, marketing business, and supporting placement activities
  • Active state insurance license required in applicable lines of business
  • Strong understanding of insurance products, coverage structures, and market dynamics
