Texas Licensed Account Executive
Job Summary
To support a growing health insurance practice, the full-time Texas Licensed Account Executive will manage client accounts, oversee onboarding and renewals, and ensure client satisfaction while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and enhance relationships with clients, brokers, and consultants to align with their business goals
- Monitor service delivery and analyze key performance metrics to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless service delivery and coordinate Open Enrollment meetings
Required qualifications
- Texas Health, Life, and Variable Annuity license
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in an Account Management role
- Broad knowledge of the healthcare industry and business practices
- Experience interfacing with clients, brokers, and external partners
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and Adobe
