- Provide ongoing support to clients regarding policy-related questions and coverage options
- Assist in marketing new business and managing policy renewals while ensuring competitive coverage and pricing
- Prepare renewal documentation and oversee invoicing for new policies, renewals, and endorsements
Qualifications and Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial insurance and client service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook and OneDrive
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
