Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Enablement Account Manager responsible for enhancing the production of onboarded agents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned agencies
  • Schedule and coordinate individual agent training sessions
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while leveraging cross-sale opportunities
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of P&C insurance experience, particularly with independent agents
  • Experience in training and developing agency staff
  • TDI P&C license and CPCU and/or CIC designation is desirable
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
