Job Summary
A company is looking for a Growth Enablement Account Manager responsible for enhancing the production of onboarded agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned agencies
- Schedule and coordinate individual agent training sessions
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while leveraging cross-sale opportunities
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of P&C insurance experience, particularly with independent agents
- Experience in training and developing agency staff
- TDI P&C license and CPCU and/or CIC designation is desirable
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
