Job Summary
Managing client relationships and benefits calendars, the full-time Texas Licensed Account Manager will provide customer service, oversee compliance and strategy, and facilitate renewals and Open Enrollment deliverables in a virtual environment.
Key responsibilities
- Fosters and manages overall client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction
- Analyzes market proposals and negotiates for benefits premium concessions
- Conducts client open enrollment meetings and manages new carrier implementations
Required qualifications
- Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Six (6) or more years of related work experience
- Valid Insurance License
- Must meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal
