Job Summary

Managing client relationships and benefits calendars, the full-time Texas Licensed Account Manager will provide customer service, oversee compliance and strategy, and facilitate renewals and Open Enrollment deliverables in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Fosters and manages overall client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction
  • Analyzes market proposals and negotiates for benefits premium concessions
  • Conducts client open enrollment meetings and manages new carrier implementations
Required qualifications
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Six (6) or more years of related work experience
  • Valid Insurance License
  • Must meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal
