Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Service Lead responsible for managing customer relationships and service support for assigned retail accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with assigned accounts
  • Lead internal activities to implement solutions that meet customer needs
  • Manage all support aspects of the customer relationship to ensure satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in a Customer Service environment
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in the retail/banking industry
  • Experience supporting customer relationships in a financial or logistics setting is preferred
  • Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent combination of experience and training is preferred
