Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop the accounting team, including hiring and performance management
• Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures while managing monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior leadership for strategic planning and decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field
• CPA and/or Big 4 background strongly preferred
• 10+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience
• Deep technical accounting experience, especially in retail/hospitality or multi-channel ecommerce
• Experience leading and developing teams
