Texas Licensed Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Accounting Manager to oversee accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations for multiple entities in compliance with GAAP and company policies
• Lead the month-end close process and ensure timely completion of financial statements and variance analyses
• Manage accounting staff, review their work, and support internal and external audit activities

Required Qualifications

• 6-8 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal control practices
• Experience with month-end close, consolidations, and financial reporting processes
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, NetSuite) and reporting tools preferred
