Texas Licensed Accounting Manager

Job Summary

Leading the general accounting team, the full-time Texas Licensed Accounting Manager will oversee the general ledger, manage the month-end close process, and partner with the organization on accounting matters while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the month-end close and account reconciliation processes
• Prepare and review journal entries and financial reports
• Supervise full-time accounting employees and support annual financial audits

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA certification or equivalent professional accounting designation
• Experience with GAAP compliance and financial reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software, including QBE systems
• Strong background in internal controls and policy documentation
