Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research Accounting Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepares billings to external sponsors and gathers supporting documents for audits
• Maintains grant master data and drafts financial reports for grant close-out
• Ensures compliance with accounting principles and maintains accurate financial records

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• No prior experience required with a Bachelor's degree; four years of related experience required without a degree
• Proficiency in Excel
• Detail-oriented with a compliance-driven mindset
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
